OverKill Screenshot Epic Classics: OverKill - This online store distributes the full retail version, released in 1992, of OverKill, the Epic MegaGames arcade classic from the same team that brought you the PC (CGA/EGA/TGA) release of Chuckie Egg. A six-planet mega blast containing graphics from the pixel guru Martin Holland, it was tweaked until it was just right by proud author Ste Cork, who also made the bold claim that he "used to be able to get to level 6 of that without losing a single ship (before getting slaughtered on that one)". If you'd like to try before you buy, the USA/Canadian and International shareware versions are still available. Note: this is a DOS game and if you have problems running it on a modern computer, you might require the use of a DOS emulator like DOSBox, which is easily configured by a graphical front-end such as D-Fend.
